Glasgow’s Dolby Anol follow up their ridiculous good “Sandy Bitches” on Tigerbass with new EP – “Visa Mastercard” and it just keeps getting better and better. The title track is a thumping slice of dark house goodness, using Qawwali hymns and chants throughout and wrapping it all up in a big ball of bass. On the flip – “Cheque” is the slightly more subdued cousin of the title track, following the chants formula and splattering the whole thing with some cracking distorted synth work.

And as if all that wasn’t enough, they’ve kindly given us “American Express” to give away for free download. On a similar tip to the EP tracks with chants thrown into the mix, it’s somewhere in the middle of the two and it’s brill.
