Get A Room

Get A Room is an arts and music charity night held once a year in the Brunswick Hotel in Glasgow. The event takes over the whole hotel for the evening from acoustic sets in the penthouse, to rock and pop in the main bar and electronic bits in the club in the basement. On top of all that, most of the rooms have performances or art being displayed throughout the evening. All in all an amazing and quirky night with all proceeds going to charity. We’ve been involved in previous years and were glad to be invited back.

The charities getting the nod this year are Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy, Thee Mr Mister Trust and Theatre Nemo. It all happens on the evening of 1st May with tickets costing £15 and available from Ticket Scotland.

In the past we have done our thing in the basement but this year we are joining our friends from Piggyback Management in one of the rooms where they are showcasing 3 of there acts (Magic Daddy, The Great I Am & Scientific Support Department). They also have another act Bad McNulty playing in the main bar. We though you might want to check out what they are all about, so we have some lovely content to get your teeth into.
