Scuba’s second full-length album, “Triangulation” is due out at the end of March on his own Hotflush imprint. On Triangulation, Scuba shows more development and exposure to a number of musical influences.

Though the album has its roots firmly in the dubstep camp, there are a number of interesting genre bending variations, such as “On Deck”‘s electro beats, or the trip-hop driven “Before” which we have for free download. It’s his best work and well worth your pennies. Big ups to XLR8R for the audio.

Scuba – Before

Scuba‘s debut album “A Mutual Antipathy” stuck out for me as one of 2008s best, blending deep electronica with dubby techno vibes and dubstep. So when this new EP appeared on Hotflush I was keen to dive in head first.

No disappointments here then with more of the same – even wandering into 170BPM territory with “Symbiosis”. Available on double 12″ and digital download from November 2nd, get this on your turntables and iPods and enjoy the goodness.
