Edinburgh’s Dave Tarrida is undoubtedly one of the finest producers ever to have graced the world of techno with a back catalogue of quality material for the legendary Tresor amongst many others.
He launched the Autofake imprint last year, it’s first release “3 Go 3″ was an absolute monster and we caught up with him at the time to find out about his influences.
It’s been a while coming but the imprint’s second release is set to land at the end of March in the shape of the “Ritual 128 EP” and sees Tarrida deliver more of the same top notch techno.
Opener “Make It Bad” sets the tone with its huge big room sound before the swirly synth action of “tan.Zen” follows and standout track “Sugar Rush” rounds things off with its crunchy 303 led shenanigans. Al Ferox also drops by to rework the final track and sprinkle a layer of darkness over proceedings.
Grab this from the 21st of March over at Juno.
Dave has also put together a brilliant mix to promote the EP and you can grab that below.
