Guest Mix: Roman Mühlschlegel (Sinnmusik)

Despite only seeing their first release in February 2013, London label sinnmusik have quickly become one to watch with an impressive catalogue of quality house.

Their latest outing comes courtesy of new signing Roman Mühlschlegel and while this is his first release, his reputation as a DJ with an extensive knowledge of funk as well as the more electronically fuelled genres.

His “Cloudy Business” EP lands on the 31st of March and packs in three tracks of quality house with an analogue lean and a hefty helping of soul.

Roman has kindly delivered this guest mix to give us a taster of his skills behind the turntables and it’s a bit of a belter. With the likes of Dam-Funk and Prince sitting nicely alongside Joy Orbison, Kyle Hall and Roman himself it’s something a wee bit special.
