The LuckyMe collective are an extended family of musicians and artists founded in Scotland, UK. Formed in the spring of 2002 they started by putting on genre bending parties at various venues firstly locally and then everywhere from London, Barcelona and NYC. We love how they combine art, visuals and music together to create a really special party vibe. Its no wonder artists such as Hudson Mohawke, American Men, Mike Slott and Rustie are on the roster.
The crew have been been good enough to put their tunes on Soundcloud to enjoy. We also have a preview of The Blessings release “Galaxy High” due out on the 16th May on Nod Navigators. Subtle keyboard work and glitchy samples bring out the Hip Hop DNA with spacey nods to house sewn in. Great stuff and if you like pre order on the Nods link.

They also have an amazing “Girls” mix series which reads as a who’s who of all the cool cats in underground music. We thought this needed to be shared so first up we have Ben UFO from the Hessle label with this on point platter selection. Following that we get Lukid who slowly builds up into a techno click fest. If you dig these sign up to their podcasts on iTunes.
