About Phuturelabs
Phuturelabs is a collective built on a shared love for strange electronic music, new technologies, gadgets and Chris Morris.
The first member of the collective is Scott English – on a solo production tip he’s known as The Noisy Minority. Currently residing on the Isle of Man and living life as an international man of mystery. Scott also runs several Shoutcast radio stations which you can find more info on here.
Up next is Paul Reset , currently a resident of Glasgow. Paul lives his day to day life as a one man advert for the West of Scotland diet and pretending he knows how to run a record label with Nerve Recordings.
Third up is Kieran – also known as Basepair – a sailor by day, musician and dj by night. His many skills include playing the Tuba and being able to watch three episodes of Still Game at once. To hear more music & mixes from him head to Basepair’s Soundcloud
Recently joined fourth member is the one they call the “Martell” (or Cliff to his mum). Intimately involved with mobile telephony communications, he can play “Rock Band” on expert drums setting, guitar on medium & singing on easy…….simultaneously. Don’t mess.
There are others waiting in the shadows, these identities shall be revealed in due course!
Together they’ll deliver tunes and mixes covering the spectrum of electronic music – and maybe even some non electronic music as well if they can muster the energy. There’ll also be the occasional competition and interview.
Huge thanks to Kenny from Big Doodle Design for the banner, logo and general design help – cheers Kendo!
Enjoy.
